Berlinér Jacobsen offers supervision of your holiday apartment in Berlin. We serve as the local contact person for all authorities and adminstrations. In urgent cases, we can be present at your flat in just a few hours to solve the problem. We can quickly solve all issues connected with your apartment.
We offer the following services:
By supervising your appartment we take care of all concerns. Regularly, we control if holiday guests have left any messages and if there is mail by any authorities. We also make sure your apartment remains in excellent condition and nothing has been damaged.
We are the contact person for the tenants and help them with any difficulties and questions related to the flat. We can be reached by phone during our office ours from 9 am to 4 pm mondays to fridays. In emergencies, we can also be contacted outside office hours through our 24h hotline.
In case of any repairs, we can contact the appropiate craftsmen and give them access to the apartment. We will also make sure the work has been done properly. We do have an in-house repairman who is able to fix all general problems. For complicated issues we can always contact specialised craftsmen. These services will be billed seperately.
We make sure any broken items are replaced, we stock up cleaning supplies and take orders for the apartments. These services will also be billed seperately
In order to save energy, we will turn down the heating in the flat down to 10 degrees celcius when it is not occupied.
We keep an extra key of the apartment, in case one gets lost by a tenant.
By giving us power of attorney over your flat, we can serve as the contact person for authorities and companies. We can also represent you at owner meetings and give you a report.
We offer all kinds of translations of documents and can help with corrensponding in German.
We take care of the obligatory cleaning in between rental periods. If needed, we can also clean windows in regular intervals.
After every rental we offer to carry out the obligatory cleaning of the aparment on a monthly payment basis. Employees /Members can also arrange a one-off clean for direct payment. All apartments are cleaned by our very own cleaning staff, so we can hold a high and constant cleaning standard.
We offer linen packages, which are comprised of a bed cover, a pillow- and blanket case, a bath towel and a small towel. These packages will be delivered to and picked up at the apartment. They can be payed for either by the company or directely by the tenants.
We offer various insurances for reasonable prices. Through our good cooperation with the Allianz insurance group, we are able to offer liability and home insurances, which are usually hard to get for holiday apartments.
We are able to provide references by private companies, foundations and unions, who all belong to our regular customers. Please contact us if you are interested.
