Berlinér Jacobsen is a Danish company which takes care of incoming rent payments and the supervision of your apartment in Berlin. We are an internet based agency so we can keep our adminstrative costs to a minimum and manage your apartment effectivly. Our website is in Danish, German and English. In combination with optimised keywords for Google this achieved a high resonance for the rental of your apartment.
We take care of the entire presentation and rental of your apartment. We will find the best rental price together and will give you advise and tipson how to optimise renting out your apartment. We will take care of the presentation on our website with photos, location and a complete description of your apartment.
We are in contact with the tenants through the reservation process and are responsible for the incoming rent and deposit, which is used to cover any possible damages to your apartment made by the tenants. We can be reached during our office hours mondays to fridays from 9am to 4pm. Outside office hours there is a 24h hotline for emergencies, where we can be contacted around the clock 365 days a year.
The apartment will be fully cleaned by our staff after every rental, so everything will be contstanly kept to a high standard.
Our charge for rentals is
25%
plus 19% tax. A total of 29,75% of the rental price. We do not charge when the apartment is not rented out. We do not have any hidden costs. There will be a monthly bill/statement.
We would arrange a contract for rental conditions of the holiday apartment. Both parties can cancel the contract within 3 months without naming any reasons. This rule is common in this field.
